Delivery options and charges
Orders shipped to supported destinations except Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. states of Alaska and Hawaii qualify for free shipping with no minimum order value. The final available service is shown at checkout.
Exception destinations
For Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, and Alaska or Hawaii, Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/Fedex): 5-7 days is available. The charge is EUR 100 per item, and the checkout currency is shown at checkout.
Preparation and transit time
Order preparation usually takes 1–14 working days. Customized items may need longer. Preparation and transit are separate: the delivery estimate for the selected shipping method starts after dispatch. Estimates may vary by destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please wait until your light has arrived before scheduling installation.
Address and tracking
Provide a complete delivery address, including the street number and postal code. Missing or incorrect details may delay dispatch. After dispatch, we send tracking information by email. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking page.
Customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties and import taxes depend on the destination and the shipment. Any taxes collected with your order are shown at checkout. Charges collected separately by customs or the carrier are not included unless expressly stated for your order. We cannot promise a fixed amount or that every shipment will be free of such charges. Contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
Delayed delivery
Our late-delivery policy provides compensation of 10% of the price of the delayed goods when they are not delivered on time. Contact us with your order number to request an update and review of the delay.
